We view cycling warm-ups as a highly individualized task. Identifying what your body needs is the first step to developing YOUR specific warm-up routine. This is all addressed in our bike fitting process!
Along with individualized flexibility and strength training, we recommend a 5-10 minute ramp up in intensity prior to reaching your desired wattage output.
